ANNOUNCEMENT

Our sales offices will be open to transactions on MAY 26, 2020, TUESDAY, with only a skeleton manpower for operations.

In response to the COVID-19 situation, APEC Homes will be implementing precautionary measures to ensure the well-being of its employees, as well as everyone who visits the sales offices.

A. SALES OFFICE OPERATIONS

1. Office schedule:

a. 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM, MONDAY TO SUNDAY

(Closed on holidays and company initiated activities)

 

2. For PANORAMA Edsa Office :

• Entrance beside BDO and exit beside VXI will be closed for now. The Main Entrance at the ground floor will be open for entrance and exit to accomodate guests.

• Guests must present an ID to be able to pass through.

 

3. An APEC Homes Personnel will be in charge of screening our partners at the office entrance.

 

4. Strict implementation of No Mask, No Entry.

 

5. All visitors are required to step on the disinfectant mat / foot bath.

 

6. Visitors are required to log in the Visitors Log Sheet.

 

7. The following are not allowed to enter the office/project site premise:

a. Persons below 21 years old

b. Persons above 60 years old

c. Pregnant women

d. Those at health risk

 

8. Everyone must undergo a thermal scan procedure before entering the office. Individuals with temperature reading of 37.5 degrees up will be allotted a 30min. rest period for the next thermal scan test. If the temperature reading remains at 37.5 degrees and up, the individual will be discouraged from entering the office or site premise.

Note: Information will be recorded in our Body Temperature Log Sheet.

 

9. Proper sanitation is a must, an APEC Personnel will be assisting with alcohol application before proceeding to get a queuing number.

 

10. After securing a queuing number, our valued partner will be guided to a designated area outside the office where seats are arranged with a 1 meter distance radius in accordance with the physical distancing protocol.

 

11. Wait for the number to be called, once called, alcohol spray application will be observed before proceeding to the designated counter.

 

12. There will be a limit to the number of customers entering the office in observance of physical distancing protocol.

 

13. Designated marking indicators will be provided to be observed by our customers on where to sit or stand.

 

14. Our Customer Care offices will remain closed until further notice.
